Know exactly where every job stands.

SubbieTrack turns photo updates from crews and trades into a live, room-by-room floor plan, so you can see what's moving, blocked and signed off.

In seconds. One thumb. No reports or spreadsheets.

One update. One shared view.

See how an update from site changes the live plan

Follow the same Kitchen update from the crew member's phone to the director's view of the whole job.

Step 1 of 3

Crew posts from site

A photo, its room and the current status are posted from the phone in hand.

02 / The change

Stop reconciling channels. Read the site.

Before SubbieTrack, the same job is scattered across calls, chats and camera rolls. One update made at the work turns that story into a live spatial record.

Before — the same job, scattered

Which rooms are actually ready? Nobody can say without ringing around.

Setting up your first project

Upload the plans. AI maps the rooms. Start tracking the job.

SubbieTrack turns your existing construction plans into the interactive floor plan at the heart of your project, without tracing every room by hand.

  1. Upload the construction plans.

Use the same PDF or image the architect already sent. There is no need to redraw the job from scratch.

  2. SubbieTrack's trained AI maps the rooms.

The AI traces the room outlines and adds their names, turning a flat plan into a room-by-room project map.

  3. Start with an interactive floor plan.

The mapped rooms become the project plan your crew uses for progress photos, updates, and live room status.

Why the tools you already have aren’t enough

Every one of these does something well. None of them gives you a live spatial record.

  • Calls

Provide an immediate answer but create no shared record.

  • Group chats

Fit familiar crew behaviour but bury information in a chronological stream.

  • Camera rolls

Retain strong photo evidence without job-location context or live status.

  • Enterprise platforms

Create structured records but impose excessive friction on people on the tools.

Questions before you ask for early access

Will my crew actually use it?

It's built for people on the tools, not for an office desk. Posting a photo, location and status takes seconds with one thumb — no reports, no spreadsheet-style forms, and no long caption required.

How does SubbieTrack turn our plans into a live floor plan?

Upload your construction plans and SubbieTrack prepares the interactive, room-by-room floor plan for you.

Can my subcontractors and trade companies use the same project?

Yes. Invited companies and their workers can join the same project, and every update stays attributable to the company and worker who made it. Invited companies don't pay merely to participate. Each room still carries one overall status — not a separate status per trade or company — so everyone reads the same live picture of the job.

Do we have to replace WhatsApp or our existing software?

No. Keep using WhatsApp, calls, or whatever you already rely on day to day — SubbieTrack isn't asking you to drop them. It gives you the live, room-by-room record none of those tools produce on their own.

What does the crew need on site?

Just their phone. Taking or choosing a photo, confirming the room, setting the status and posting is a few taps — no reports, no spreadsheets, and no desktop login.

What happens after I request early access, and does it commit us to paying?

We'll reply within three business days, and once you've shared your plans and project details, help set up your first project within seven calendar days. Requesting early access creates no payment commitment.
